Compound Registration system allows registering entities that have no available structures. "No structures" can be registered with or without specifying a Chemically Significant Text (CST). In both cases the lot specifying info should be set, e.g. LnbRef and/or additional data if available.
Registering a "No Structure" with a CST
"No Structure" structure type should be selected and the desired CST should be given. Then after clicking the "Register" button new Ids (PCN, CN, LN) will be generated for the compound.
A new lot can be registered when:
the "Register lot" functionality is used from the Browse page within the given compound tree or
when a compound is registered with the same CST

{info} No structures with CSTs will be registered into new trees, unless a record with an identical CST already exists, in which case a new lot will be registered into that tree. CSTs are stored in a case sensitive manner.
Registering a "No Structure" without a CST

A new lot can be registered when the "Register lot" functionality is used from the Browse page within the given compound tree.

{info} No structure records are always registered by default into new trees, unless PCN is mapped.
Compounds without structures can be registered via upload as well.
