Replace tool

The Replace tool serves to bulk replace monomers by other monomers in a single action.

• Click from the toolbar to open the Replace monomers dialog.

• Select the monomer type

• Select the monomer abbreviation to be replaced

• Select the substituting monomer abbreviation and click "Apply to All"

• Repeat the steps above to introduce modifications to other selected components on the canvas
