Security of sensitive data in Chemicalize

    We handle all of the uploaded chemical structures as private and confidential information. They are not accessible to any other users or third parties. We also do not distribute or publish them in any way. Our staff is technically capable to access your activity history that includes the uploaded structures (for support purposes), however, you have the option to permanently delete your activity history whenever you want.

    Deleting your Activity history

    1. Click on the Activity history item in your account menu. This brings you to the Activity History page that lists your activities shown in different categories.
    2. To permanently delete your history, click on the Clear history button and confirm your deletion.
